I know a couple folks on here are running these pants for cold weather. My main question is if their sizing is built around layering up properly, so if I'm a large long in normal military sizes I'd get a large long in these too? Or would I need to size up to get them over other layers? After a couple Winter gatherings and discussions a pair of puffy pants seem like a worthy addition to the gear bag. Looking at these mainly because they can be found quite inexpensively on ebay and are Primaloft fill.

The L7 puffy top and bottom are definitely cut for layering.  Order your normal size and they should work well.  I have 2 of the jackets and a pair of the pants.  They are heavy but amazingly warm.

Awesome, thank Nick! I figured it was but always good to check.
