Fit, probably, fit well, no. We have had more than one person return the Snubby since a G19, spare magazine, credentials, cell phone, and keys fit, but stuffed it full. A Recon or Runners will allow you to spread things around and you will end up with a flatter package that drapes your chest better, unless you are a smaller torso person. The Snubby really excels with a  smaller package than the G19, but that is my opinion, and those vary.

That's pretty much what I expected, bro.  I went ahead and wrote him back and suggested that he get one of the other models...either the Runner's, Recon, or original KB.  He's still active duty, so I think he'd get the best bang for his buck out of the Recon, since he could basically run  a slick plate carrier with the RKB on top, and have the option of adding a 3 mag pouch or admin pouch if he wanted, and also be able to have a pretty discreet, flat package without anything attached to the PALS grid.

Have there been any reports from users with G26 being able to carry a spare mag comfortably?

I'm waiting for the foilage snubby kit bag to be back in stock so I can order one with a runner's harness.  I am wondering if the runneer's harness with the snubby works as well as it does with a runner's kit bag, or do the shoulder harness straps get pulled together too close?  I'm  just going to be carrying a Glock 26, and don't need the extra room of a runner's kit bag, but love the Idea of being able to have my tara and a smaller snubby kit bag in one harness.  Also, any idea when the foilage snubby will be back in stock?

The little Snubby is an excellent piece of kit.  I think making it like a mini-kit bag, IE, two pockets plus the handgun compartment would be useful for smaller folks (the ladies).  An alternative would be adding PALS like you did to the runners kit bag.

That is definitly an idea that has been discussed as well as some variations on the theme.  At this point our new product focus is elsewhere.

I'm about to order the snubby (EDC is a Glock 27), but a bit more room as suggested above would be perfect. Thanks for making these excellent products. Before I found these, I had been trying to figure out a good way to carry my G27, spare mag, wallet, keys, and phone discreetly and accessible while out in shorts and a t-shirt. Hopefully these will all fit, including the spare mag.

How about a 15rnd, or 17rnd mag in a glock 23/19? After reading this thread I would assume that would be too tall, but Glock lists their G22 as being 5.43", and the snubby lists at 6". maybe I'm not adding enough for stretch?

A Glock 26/27 will just fit with a 17/22 mag fitted with an X-Grip.  With some creative packing I was able to fit into the front pocket a spare Glock 27 mag, wallet, cell phone, and car key. I wouldn't hike or run like that because it was packed too tight and might damage the phone. Just carrying my license and some cash instead of the whole wallet will fix that. This is great! I had been carrying my .380 or nothing at all when wearing shorts an a t-shirt. I feel more secure with the Glock 27.  When/if you do the limited run of original pattern snubbies, I'll buy one.

A couple crappy phone pics of the Snubby with Glock 27 & a 22 mag.

Can anybody out there with a Glock 20 and a Snubby confirm that they aren't compatable?

In measureing my Glock 20 (Gen 3, SF frame):

Length is 7 5/8"  (from the muzzle to the back of the slide)

Height is 5 1/2" (from the top of the rear sight to the bottom of the magazine)

So while it looks like a tight fit it still looks like a possible fit to me. Yes I saw the picture that was posted of the Glock 19 but I'm wondering if there is a chance it would fit if turned to be square with the pocket and not at 45 degrees to the pocket.

Thought I'd share my (happy) discovery that a snub nose S&W 686+ will fit the Hill People Gear Snubby Kit Bag ... 7 shots of .357magnum is a darn nice thing to have when walking about the high desert where the mountain lions and black bear roam. Not that I have any intention of ever finding out exactly where they roam; happy to view them from afar!

Kind regards, Bill472

Will a Ruger Alaskan 44mag fit a snubby original?

The Alaskan 44 will not fit with the standard grips. A gun of that weight would be uncomfortable to carry in the Snubby. A full size Kit Bag fits the bill.

Will a Sig SP2022 fit the snubby (original pattern) kit bag? I'm interested in the snubby because I intend to carry my subcompact more for backpacking (its a pound lighter, and pounds = pain) but I'm wondering if my sig could fit also, and if not, would a pocket gun move around in the original bag and potentially mess with the draw?

will my Kimber pro carry hd 2 45ACP 4" barrel fits on the snubby kit bag? it says it could fit as big as the glock 19. my kimber sized almost as the same as the glock 19. the only difference is just the grip- it is just 1/4 inch longer the the grip of the glock.

I don't think you pro carry will fit. It has the full length govt frame correct?
